Hello everyone, I have gtx 1060 (for windows) and rx 560 (for hackintosh) installed on the motherboard. How to disable gtx 1060 and use only rx 560 for hackintosh? I just want to avoid opening my case to turn off gtx 1060 each time I want to run hackintosh.

Thanks!

Yes I just disabled Nvidia gpu via clover.

I'm also have the same question , I want to install 2 cards 1080ti for windows and rx580 for Mojave
how you disabled Nvidia in clover

And what was the result with your configuration
Is it working like that?
What is your motherboard model?
I was needed to disabled nvidia card without taking out it each time I want to boot Mojave. So I added it in my config and it works. Right now I use HD 630 in Mojave. You can see my motherboard in my profile.

Hi, I'm curious as to how you knew what Properties and Values to enter in the Devices section of your config.plist? I'm sort of in the same boat as you (GTX1080 installed, mostly for Windows) but have no idea if your config.plist entries would work for me to be able to run Mojave. Am also curious what connections you use to the 1080 and to the UHD630... and what your Graphics setting is in BIOS (iGPU Enabled, or on Auto, or what?) Thanks for any more info you can provide!

Hi. In BIOS iGPU enabled and as default graphic CPU activated. To disable nvidia card make these changes:

1. In config.plist -> devices:
386812

2. In config.plist -> graphics check Inject Invidia
386813

It allows you to boot Mojave with hd630. I am using DP cable.

iGPU on my motherboard only has HDMI or DVI outputs, so I used an HDMI cable to my monitor for the test. I cloned my config.plist and made your modifications, and also changed to iGPU enabled as default in BIOS. But afterwards, about 2/3 the way through booting-up, the white Apple logo switches to having a red rectangle around it and the white progress bar turns green. After that the display freezes... but I think the OS actually continues to boot "behind" the frozen display. (I have a little mp3 tune play automatically as a startup item, and the tune does eventually play even though I can't see the desktop on my monitor). No idea why I don't have the luck you did with the config.plist settings, maybe it's a mobo difference from yours, or the fact I'm using HDMI, or the fact I recently started using lilu and WhateverGreen (whose guide, posted here on tonymac86, specifically says not to have any "Inject" boxes checked under the Graphics section in conflig.plist.)
