I have already existing pieces from a mining rig but definitely need to buy/upgrade some stuff

So yeah, I built a mining rig a couple of years ago which is no longer in use due to electric bills basically, 8 graphic cards was just too much, any way, I got some parts waiting to be used but I haven't been able to find them working together to build a working hackintosh and I want some advice before I get the other parts, this is what I already have:

Mother Board: ASUS Prime Z270-A
CPU: INTEL CELERON G3930
RAM: 8 GB DDR4
SSD: Kingston 250 GB SSD
Power Supply: Corsair Cx750m
Graphics: AORUS RX 580 8GB

This is what I'm thinking of getting:

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K or better, any suggestions?
RAM: Not sure, I want 32 GB of RAM
SSD: I want at least 500GB more
Graphics: I have 2 other types of graphic cards but they are not AMD and want Mojave, I'll have to wait until NVIDIA drivers are released for Mojave, will they work later, which one would work better alongside the original AORUS and is it worth it and reliable to have two?:
-- MSI ARMOR GTX1060 6GB
-- PNY NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 XLR8 Gaming OC, 6GB 192-bit GDDR5:
Case: Yeyian Stahl 900
Bluetooth: no Idea what to get here, I am not interested on iMessage or Handoff or any mac related functionality, just pairing speakers and a magic mouse.

What do you guys think? How should I proceed?

This computer will be used for graphic design and coding basically.

Oh and BTW, am I going to need to buy thermal paste or anything else?

With your current motherboard the best CPU you can get is the 7700K.

Your current RX 580 graphics card already works with Mojave, and the GTX 1060 performs at a similar level to the RX 580 anyway, so unless you have a specific need for Nvidia cards I don't see why you can't use the RX 580 directly.
