  • On the Uploaded Verbose boot screen, I could not find any Diagnostic Clue; no tell-tale error!
  • Upload the CLOVER from the macOS High Sierra USB Installer.
    • Is that made in UEFI mode or Legacy mode?
  • To upload CLOVER you may use the Bulleted Steps you can find ->#4

  • It is already too late in my time zone to review that shortly. But I will try to help.

  • In the mean time, I located the MoBo Manual of your listed AsRock MoBO from Global and noted the following:
IGPU Multi-Monitor
Select disable to disable the integrated graphics when an external graphics card is installed
.
Select enable to keep the integrated graphics enabled at all times.

You may go back to BIOS options and check
4.6.2 Chipset Configuration
and way below [ page 68 of the English User Manual ]

  • In your config.plist make changes as shown in the uploaded images and Save and then try booting with that USB Installer for High Sierra.
Good luck.
  • Will check back in 8 -10 hrs
