I have a MacBook Pro I have fully transitioned to Apple Ecosystem as of last november, I want to install MacOS on my beautiful desktop I have. I feel bad that I am no longer using. I want to know if my current configuration will work with MacOS Mojave?

Here the Configuration Below:

Graphics: 2x 970 GTX EVGA 4GB GDDR5

You need to check out this thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ful-build-extended-guide.255082/#post-1769074

AND, you will have lots and lots of heartache with the nVidia graphics cards in Mojave (you might have better luck in High Sierra, but it's an older OS). Remember, nVidia is not supported on macOS Mojave....

What do you do? I can recommend something, but obviously it's not the only thing you can do: sell your GTX 970s, take that money and buy an AMD card - and buy at least a Vega 56 or better, a Vega 64.

If you look hard, you can get a Vega 64 for as little as $400 (and that's new, btw)....I bought a Vega 64 during Black Friday for $369 from Newegg. So, it can be done....

Well if possible I'm gonna try to not load graphics drivers if I get something working I will get a AMD card. but I wanna get something working first

It has no IGPU so you will need some kind of graphics card. The 970 will load default display graphics at 5-7mb support. Use nv_disable=1 boot arg.
Nvidia gt710 ddr3 models work in Mojave $30-$40 US.
