What is not working? Bluetooth? Webcam?

What do you see in System Information > USB?

Which Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card are you using?

Does it work in Windows?

Are you sure you didn't disable wireless via keyboard combo Fn + PrtScr?

The original Dell Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card is not compatible with macOS. You need to change it to the Dell DW1560.

What do you see in System Information > USB?
