@kgp if @ywz306 would have flashed my edited bios, used my EFI folder with the changes for his cpu, etc. He would have a fully working system. I gave him the car and the keys to it...

I know.. but you should have explained him each step in detail. You can still do that if you want.. ;)

But I guess, despite few remaining inconsistencies, his system now seems to work. You can also only help him now in removing remaining incosistencies. Up to you, my friend ;)

@ywz306, @JamesKI will now help you with remaining issues. I am off this topic. I already tried to help as much as possible.

Good look, guys!

There might be just marginal differences between the two boards. @JamesKI anyway wants to help you in your issues. I do not want to further interfere in this case.

Good luck,

KGP

Thank you very much for kgp and jameski.
Take up a lot of your time,
Thank you very much !!!

@ywz306 I have went out of my way to update the bios for your board. I have disabled Config Lock, MSR Lock control, enabled the proper C*/T*/P* states and updated the Microcode to latest. I had also set the defaults as to what would work with OS X just like my board. By the looks of it, my SSDT files should work without issues with your board as well. The only real difference is your board does not have the asmedia 3.1 usb hub.

Extract the zip file to a fat32 usb stick, reboot your pc with USB stick in it, hit F6 on startup to start the flash utility. It should see the bios file and want you to proceed.

Once its flashed let it reboot. 2 reboots after flash is normal, let it do its thing. You can look over the default's I have set in the BIOS and change anything you like, but what I have set as defaults will allow OS X to work flawless with it.

Again you can leave KernelPM unchecked, BUT xcpm_core_scope needs to be enabled(just like my config.plist)!

I would also recommend using my EFI.zip vs @kgp only because mine is configured for the Asrock X99M exclusively.
