UniBeast never creates an EFI partition.
The EFI partition is created when you format the drive.

Perhaps you are confusing Legacy and UEFI modes.
UEFI mode uses the /EFI folder on the EFI partition.
Legacy mode uses the /EFI folder in the root of the system disk.
