[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Here you have. My friend I feel sorry about this... I don't know how to thank you!
No problem! But I think someone else with FCP and Vega might be able to give you a better answer. Because I don’t use FCP, my platform ID is 3E9B0007, so iGPU is enabled. I believe platform ID 3E920003 will turn it off. Let’s see if someone with similar setup can provide some feedback...

What GPU you have is not important. Make your system recognize your UHD630 include frame buffers well. Test your monitor connect to IGPU port same as HDMI or DP and if not work well make it work well first.
Because FCPX always make IGPU as a priority GPU if she find IGPU.
If you cannot make IGPU work perfectly you cannot go ahead.

using
[Release] Hackintool v1.7.7 to make your UHD630 perfectly follow the guide An iDiot's Guide To Lilu and its Plug-ins

I touched a little on your config.plist and attached.

Update: Platform ID 0x3E920003 only disables video connectors, but should not disable iGPU compute units. Here's the IOReg view from my system with 0x3E920003. AppleIntelFramebufferController is properly attached here and Quick Look works correctly. But this driver does not appear on your system.

Please try @kenntkim66's config file and also double-check that Lilu and WhateverGreen are installed. If they're installed in /Library/Extensions, run "Kext Utility" to rebuild kernel caches and then reboot.

@CaseySJ

As I'm using a RX 580 it came to my mind to document the pros/cons of putting the iGPU (UHD 630) into "headless" mode. One of the pros would be that I'm able to use FCPX, because without the headless mode FCPX just crashes during startup.

For the users of the guide it could be of benefit to get some information about proper graphics configuration:

Options:
  • iGPU only
    • Patching of the framebuffer necessary
    • description of the configuration
  • iGPU and eGPU (e.g. RX 580, VEGA 64)
    Options:
    • iGPU configured as a dedicated graphic card
      • description of the configuration
      • pros/cons
    • iGPU configured as "headless"
      • description of the configuration
      • pros/cons
Also the use of the DP-in could be explained.

Any thoughts? I would actively support.

This is a great idea. It would/could clarify why you would want to choose one over the other. I am running "headless mode" on igpu and run my monitors off the RX 580 (Which I think you are as well). Quite stable although I have only been using for past week. FCP runs fast, photo editing in lightroom and photoshop zero issues and audio editing all good. Wakes from sleep etc. @CaseySJ I will connect a monitor via TB3 doc this weekend to see what the result is. Then of course, we shall see what further updates to Mojave bring :-|

Thanks
Do you thank i will include my power supply in my replacement parts trial or it is difficult to be the source of this error
Have you made any progress in resolving the video playback problem?

You might also want to try increasing VRAM for iGPU to 2048MB using Hackintool.

I modified Installation Notes -- which is the first section of the Guide -- several days ago as follows:

But I can certainly add some statements about why someone might want to use a headless configuration for the iGPU.

Thanks for caring about my case, it seems i will try to swap my motherboard to your motherboard designer one, I tried to change my ram but this didn’t make improvement to my system, i tried to increase vram but I couldn’t, i did Framebuffer patcher and video getting better especially youtube on safari as it wasn’t working fine at all but after Framebuffer patcher it get improved and clearer pictures, i need your help to increase vram can i send to you my config to do this vram increase?

Yes please upload your config.plist and I'll make the VRAM changes.
