Yup. After installing the modified BIOS, I can access your Candy Crush account on any iOS device.
HAHAHA!!! Cranking on it this morn, I'll report back soon.
@Coool Still stuck at "IOProviderClass" then "Waiting for root device"

Holy s*** it booted! I installed clover with unibeast, then copied EFI contents of USB thumb to my SSD and replaced with the most recent CLOVER folder that @teamawesome sent and it booted!

EDIT: USB Working!!!! Using rename EUSB to EH01 and Rename USBE to EH02

Next I will work on getting my INateck USB3 PCI card to work

LAN is not working either at this point...

EDIT 2: Discovered it wasn't beooting because it was plugged into SATA III port, works fine in SATA II port

Good job. Congrats! LAN will work out of the box if the NIC's are reprogrammed. It won't work if not or not done properly. Your USB 3.0 will also work out of the box if it is the correct chipset. Otherwise.... good luck.

You have a total of six SATA 3 ports. The 4 connected to the Marvell SE9230 controller aren't bootable into macOS but can be used. I have 4x 2TB WD Gold in RAID 10 that is formatted as exFAT for use in Windows 10 and High Sierra. However, the 2x SATA 3 ports connected to the Intel C602 controller ARE bootable. I had a Samsung SSD before upgrading to NVMe. Make sure you understand which ports you are connecting to.

I must've been in M4, coulda sworn I was in SATAIII-_1!!

All SATA ports are working, USB 3 is working also. I will go back and try to run ethtools from Step 1 to fix LAN, but I have a WLAN card so I'm not too worried! Final Cut Pro is still laggy, Gonna troubleshoot that Monday!

Thanks again for ALL your help!!! Could not have done it without you!!!

Glad to help. My recommendation on getting FCP X to run better is the following:

1. Uninstall Final Cut Pro X
2. Install Adobe Premiere CC 2019
3. Profit!

(Actually rendering in Premiere as I type this)

Don't agree. If I remember correctly you can boot from all SATA ports excluding SCU ports.

There is an option in the BIOS to enable booting from SCU ports, I didn't try to turn it on though...

And it works... for Windows. The issue is what macOS can support. SCU won’t work in macOS at all, neither bootable or just as media. I might be wrong about the Marvell controller, but since mine is configured in RAID I can’t test. Even if the Marvell is bootable, I wouldn’t suggest using it for your OS boot drive.

@teamawesome Great guide. I used to run hackintosh on my system using el capitan but ended up going to kvm and gpu passthrough. After seeing this guide I decided to give macos mojave a go. My system is as follows....

Asrock rack EP2C602-4L\D16
2x Xeon E5-2660v1
8x 4gb 1866 ram
Samsung EVO 970 NVME
Powercolor Red Dragon RX Vega 56

I used the patched bios you made for @JustinKay and used most of the clover folder you supplied for them. Minus the cpu pm and nvme patches. Had to renable the usb patches to boot installer. First initial boot to install works great next reboot vega gives black screen. I allowed enough time for installer to finish. Next boot i was able setup my account on mojave but after that cant get past the black screen. I'm completely new to lilu and whatevergreen and havent found much for any type of fixes for the vega. Also sorry if i left anything out have toddler and newborn chasing me... Lol

I will be ordering a displayport cable to try that as I've only been able to use hdmi to my viewsonic 4k monitor. Video card has 2 dp and 2 hdmi ports. Side note gpu works on windows and linux both metal and virtual. Only have issues with macos metal and virtual same thing.

Sorry for the rambling any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
