Just for a sanity check -- you're using integrated graphics not a GPU card, right? Let's assume we'll use the ZIP you posted as a backup, so we can change stuff freely.

You have kexts you shouldn't. I would remove AppleIntelKBL..., EFICheckDisabler, all FakePCIID, and NullCPUPowerManagement. If the Realtek one is giving you Ethernet then keep it, if not, remove it. If AirportBrcmFixup is giving you wireless, then keep it, if not, remove it. So you should have FakeSMC, Lilu, WhateverGreen, AppleALC, USBInjectAll, and possibly those two networking ones.

On top of that I would try setting inject intel = true in the Graphics section of config.plist, and remove the igfxframe boot argument in the Boot section.

See how it does with those changes.

If that doesn't work, I'd remove the whole Patches subsection from the ACPI section and try again. I believe WhateverGreen should put in the necessary patches automatically.

You didn't set inject intel = true, and you've snuck in more igfx boot flags and framebuffer parameters. You also didn't try without the ACPI patches. (The inject intel setting is not optional.)

I'm also noticing the Cpu entries in DropTables -- I don't know if that's good or bad, but my inclination is to try without that because less is more.

If you like, you can just try the config.plist from my working i7-8700 integrated graphics build -- all you'd have to do is open it in Clover Configurator and hit the two "Generate New" buttons on the SMBIOS screen and then save it.

Finally, next time someone asks for an EFI zip, please have the config.plist that you're testing in place in the Clover directory. That convinces us that you're actually trying to boot with the settings we both think you're trying to boot with. If you put the config.plist in a separate directory, we don't know whether there was some kind of accident meaning that you inadvertently didn't even use it in your test.
