Last night, yes. Seems to be better today.
If problem persists, clear browser cache.

Not a browser cache problem. Weird! Local ISP suspects some sort of IPv6 or security issue. Right now browsing site on laptop via smartphone hotspot.

The site moved to new service provider and dns changes; takes time for addresses to propagate the net
