Woow! sir, you are awesome :)
I follow that instruction, now my graphics is fully working but sir HDMI audio is not working. I used whatevergreen.kext + lilu.kext or appleALC with clover audio layout 7. onboard audio working just fine but what should I do for HDMI audio?

vPro has nothing to do with the IMEI being present/not present.

Hello Rehabman,

I read a number of articles linking vPro the the Intel Management Engine like this one. My understanding at this stage is that the Intel Management Engine required processor features and BIOS support.

In an other thread you mentioned that the HD4600 acceleration required MEI (Management Engine Interface - right?) and I had come to think that since the processor on that system didn't have vPro… the system didn't have ME enabled.

If vPro has nothing to do with MEI, I am back to square 1 in understanding why my HD4600 doesn't work on my i5-4460 based system.

Cheers,

Desktop HD4600 requirements:
- config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true
- config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x0d220003
- config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0
- BIOS DVMT-prealloc 64mb
- digital connection to your monitor (VGA not supported)
- VT-d disabled or use dart=0

WhateverGreen.kext + Lilu.kext also help fix a few issues...

If I have RX580, do I need to edit my config.plist?

Hi RehabMan

I have Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF system with Haswel Intel I5 4750 Processor and Intel HD 4600 Graphics. I successfully installed Mojave, I was able to make audio, network and USB3 work; Graphics kind of working but not properly. According to you there is a need to digital connection but this system doesn't have it and I don't have any choice other than VGA.
I setup the config.plist according to your
- config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true
- config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x0d220003
- config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0x04128086

But system reboots constantly in loop with above settings. If I use ig-platform-id=0xE0000000 then it boots but shows only 6mb memory. I also have whaterevergreen.kext and Lulu.kext installed in the /L/E. My EFI Folder is attached for review.

In my case the CPU is i5 4460 with the intel HD 4600 the prbolem was solved with having WhateverGreen and setting
igfxgl=0 to disable Metal support on Intel.

Dear sir,

My problem is with graphics acceleration (only 7MB), my card is the HD4600, what are the settings for acceleration to occur?

My laptop:
Avell Titanium B155
i7 4700MQ
16GB ram
Intel graphics HD4600
motherboard W65_W670SR

HD4600 does not require FakeID.
0xa260006 is for laptops. Desktops use 0x0d220003.
No need for patched AppleGraphicsControl.kext.
Nvidia + Intel graphics: Intel must be primary
-ncpi does nothing and you don't need ncpi either.

Desktop HD4600 requirements:
- config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true
- config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x0d220003
- config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX=0
- BIOS DVMT-prealloc 64mb
- digital connection to your monitor (VGA not supported)
- VT-d disabled or use dart=0
Genius.Worked like a charm!

See Golden build -
- and the spinoff thread deals with using just the on board gpu
