hi,
So as of now I am running Mojave fine but i still need to fix up a few things
I need help with a few problems

1st I am having the same issue as this post: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...utes-after-booting-coffeelake-uhd-630.261131/ I have tried to do the following and install Applebacklightinjector.kext but that didn't seem to work (also I am not familiar with DSDT/SSDT Patching if someone can help with that, that would be great)

2nd I can't get the battery percentage to work

3rd Whenever I shut down the Laptop it crashes and I have to manually turn it off, It gives me a Kernel Panic saying something like "BSD Process name corresponding to current thread: launchd"

4th My trackpad isn't working, I installed VoodooPS2Controller.kext but that didn't seem to work

Thank you
Specs:
CPU:Intel i7-8750H (Coffee Lake)
GPU:Intel UHD 630 + Nvidia GTX 1060
Wifi:Intel Wireless AC 9560
Audio:??
Trackpad:??

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/
Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

wifi and trackpad doesn't work. audio works well. shutdown and sleep will be restarted

Some Chinese guys have worked out pretty perfectly for Mechrevo Z2 which is using the same Tongfang gk5cn6z as in the overpowered 15+. The hardware is almost, if not perfectly, identical: 8750h + gtx1060 + HM370 + intel ac 9560 + ALC269VC + I2C Tpad. Their bios and ec can be flashed onto overpowered 15+. (Their latest bios has more options than op15's, but it throttles the CPU more.)

They were able to get everything working in Mojave (after replacing the wifi card by DW1560), except the GTX1060 (not because there's no Nvidia web driver for Mojave, they mentioned the motherboard makes that impossible yet). No GTX1060 means no external monitors. The iGPU works after disabling the GTX1060.

Simply replacing with their EFI, the keyboard, usb, ethernet, IGPU and sleep work. The rest (audio, trackpad, battery, etc) doesn't work. I tried flash their bios and ec, no improvement. I don't know why, the hardware seems exactly the same.
If you are interested, here's their latest EFI: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CKDKafwRkKc4UFJ5Di72upjpLCt0RMB2

I do not game on pc but I bought op15+ for the cpu (and price of course) and the great chasis/form factor. The cpu scores about the same or slightly better than the i7 in 2018 Mac mini in Cinebench (I got 1250 in win10). The mini has more ports and native Apple support, but this laptop has gtx1060, expandable storage, 144hz screen, and lower price.

After I added my I2CX SSDT from the XPS 9570 everything started working, trackpad, screen brightness, battery status, HD 630 Blank screen (My wifi card is a DW1560) on boot issue solved. This is quite amazing everything started working. I'm Noticing high battery drain but that could be from having 2 NVMe SSD's. I'll try the DEEPIDLE SSDT next and see what that improves. Where did you find this clover folder from, they did an amazing job.
EDIT: I re-uploaded my Clover folder with the DeepIdle SSDT added

Thanks for sharing this information. Can I ask why you disabled name BUF0, _STA and _CRS methods under device HPET with Clover ACPI renaming, don't we need HPET? I don't see where HPET is enabled anywhere else SSDT etc?

Hello,
This is not my work, the clover folder is from post #6 Google Drive Link. If you think something is not right or will benefit HPET or ACPI/Power Management please try making modifications. I ended up removing DeepIdle because it was causing issues with ACPI Lid. This clover folder isn't prefect i'm noticing ACPI issues myself that need to be looked into.
