Mojave sleep issue how to solve

Hi guy i did many search on the forum about the sleep issue but i have not been able to solve the issue, i attached my reporting file can you please help me ?

You have not described the nature of the problem, what is your "sleep issue" ?

The Rules said:
Bumping a thread is allowed after waiting at least 24 hours with no more than one bump per day
 
Since i install Mojave my mac never work during sleep, when the computer go to sleep i am not able to recover the only way is to restart the machine , furthermore while is on sleep all the fans light remain active only the monitor turn black

I also have another problem , the IGPU is not showed in The below screen only the RX580 and the Invidia card that i have connected on the second slot used for windows 10 , the graphic acceleration is working fine

My gtx 1080 is not used i use only for windows i have gtx 580

missing FakeSMC.kext in /Library/Extensions

is this really needed: PACESupportLeopard ?

you may want to do this for power management:

you can probably remove this from config.plist boot args: debug=0x100

using a desktop SMBIOS is probably not helping either
