@hmadoka This problem is often fixed by:

1. Shutdown computer and remove power cable for 10 seconds. Insert power cable and reboot.

2. If problem is still present, insert USB disk in your Mac, mount the EFI partition (EFI Mounter v3), go to EFI/CLOVER/driversUEFI64 folder, delete AptioMemoryFix-drv.efi and replace it with OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi

You can get this file from bullet #3 here:

Saved my day... If only I saw this post, I could have finished the build in 2 hours. :D

This might be okay. After 2-minutes remaining, the system will auto reboot.

Press F12 at BIOS screen and select the USB flash disk.

When clover starts, choose the new disk volume:

“Boot macOS Install from Mojave”

General reminders:
  • When you begin Mojave installation and run Disk Utility, be sure to click “Show All devices” and select the parent name of your Mojave disk. Photo 1.
  • Then make sure your see 3 boxes. Photo 2. (Enter “Mojave” for your disk name; don’t use “Mojave Redux”)
  • Wait for process to complete. Photo 3.

The native iGPU on 9th gen Coffee Lake is 3E928086, but this is not supported by MacOS. So we "fake" it to its closest cousin, which is 3E9B8086. We also enable FixOwnership for USB, Inject 7 for Audio, and (optionally) enable ResetHDA.

Sir. What you said is for 9th Gen Coffee Lake but mine is 8th Gen Coffee Lake i7-8700K.. Should I use the same 3E9B8086?

Actually, 3E98 8086 is the 9th Gen iGPU. I just fixed this typo in the build guide. You should be able to use either 3E92 8086 or 3E9B 8086. They are both Coffee Lake. I believe 3E9B is the desktop version and 3E92 is the mobile version.

1. Because Clover screen shows Mojave, Prebooter, FileVault, and Recovery it means Stage 1 and Stage 2 of installation were completed. Did you see the Apple welcome screen where you select your region (Japan?), your keyboard, etc?

2. Also, what happens when you remove USB disk and boot from internal Mojave disk?

3. What is RX970? Do you mean Nvidia GTX970? Nvidia cards will NOT work with Mojave.
