Seriously considering going down the path to AMD vs. NVIDIA. I currently run with a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 2GB, works good but am thinking about an Radeon RX 550 2GB. Seems like the Web driver issue is not getting fixed anytime soon. I am thinking I am not alone in this issue.

I'm in the same situation: i have 980Ti and I'm evaluating to swap to Vega.

RX 550 is not supported in MacOS. You need RX 560 or higher.

Thanks for letting me know, are you running Mojave on AMD?

No, I am still running Sierra and High Sierra with my RX 580. I don't intend to install Mojave until much later, probably not until the last major update of Mojave (10.14.6?) arrives. There is nothing I use at this time which requires Mojave anyway, so I prefer to wait and see.

I switched to XFX RX Vega 56, it works OOB and like a charm.
I still haven't sold my Gigabyte GTX 980, I plan a major upgrade and I might leave it for a Windows machine.

Do your really want your serial number public?
