I can confirm deep sleep also works great!

Updated yesterday, everything is stable so far.

Hi, I still have a series of problems with my Z390-I. like USB only at 480Mbps , No iGPU

So, sir, would you mind to share your EFI?

I have the exactly the same configuration as yours (ASUS Z390-I /9900K /RX 580)

BTW, how could I enable the OC of my CPU?
I have setup at BIOS (4.7G 1.25V). But, when I run R15 or Xcode, it only hits 4.2G.

I have USB issues, too, all ports will recognise USB 2 devices, but not USB 3 devices. You should be able to have the iGPU enabled while still using the 580, I have had to enable it on mine with a 560 just so I can view images.

Here's my SSDT for USB, put it in EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched, which will limit USB ports within 15 ports.
Notice: Due to 15 ports limits, one of the Front USB Port can only read USB3.0.

Thanks for this, much appreciated. Sadly, it doesn't fix my issues, I suspect I have a possibly dodgy motherboard as still no USB 3 devices show as connected, unless they are on the 2x rear USB 2 ports, but USB 2 work on every port.

Going to try a CMOS clear and also check to see what works in Windows. Thanks again

If your Windows works fine with USB3.0, but macOS doesn't, you may go to read @RehabMan's threads, follow the instruction to rename XHCI to XHC, then install USBInjectAll.kext into clover/kext/other. Only after these two steps, then the SSDT will work.

Thanks! The initial problem I have is, when discovering the ports, the USB 3 devices are not recognized, only USB 2. So it's kind of a non starter. I will redo it again and see if I can spot anything that I've missed. At first, I suspected the USB 3 device I was using was bad/fussy, but I've tried several, including external hard drives and thumb drives and none show up when plugged in, in either finder or the IOregistry explorer. Cheers.
