How to enable keyboard backlight? I had an old config.plist where the keyboard backlight worked, but the graphics were poorly displayed there. I replaced the config.plist for new, but now I can’t set up the keyboard backlighting, I tried to use different methods but nothing works. I think this is related to the ACPI/DSDT/Patches, but I don’t know which one. If I use to download the old config, the keyboard works. Please help me understand what is it.

Your old_config.plist likely requires very specific content in ACPI/patched.
You should check the guide that the plist came from.

I tried to do everything according to the instructions from the guide for my laptop, but nothing works.
Earlier i used the config.plist from GitHub, created for my laptop, but it has some graphics problems, so i am using config.plist from GitHub by RehabMan. This older config.plist has keyboard backlighting, and everything works, but my new config.plist does not support backlighting.
I think, i just need found some parameters in the old_config.plist, who are responsible for keyboard backlight, and i could write it for my new config.plist, it is true?
If i replace this configs, and start system, old_config running backlight, without some patches for .aml
But i just dont know whats parameters i need search.

I copied all the dsdt patches into the new config, and the backlight is expected to work. But there was an old problem associated with the display of graphics. I have a bad understanding of hakintosh, this is my first time. I tried to copy these dsdt patches one by one, so that using the exception method make the keyboard work with the new config, but without success. I want to understand which of these patches makes the keyboard work, can you help with this? Sorry for my English.

Why don't you go back to the guide where your hotpatch config.plist came from and try to follow that guide as written?

I reinstalled the system, followed the guides again, and this time I managed to turn on the keyboard backlight, as well as adjust the monitor brightness with the keyboard function keys. However, there is a problem, when the backlight of the keyboard is raised or lowered, an icon notifying about it appears. Also i have a problem with touchpad, cursor random jumping. How to fix it?

When i press FN+F5/F6 (brightness), a notification appears as in the picture, also when I change the sound, but it does not work when switching the keyboard backlight.
