Working on a new build with Mojave. Been at it a few days and have been able to get most everything working. Graphics = fine, Wifi/BT = fine, was able to install and boot up, no problem. Problem lies when the system goes to sleep. Main problem...I can get the system to go to sleep, either through Sleep from the Apple menu or if it goes to sleep by itself. I try to wake the system, and everything comes on, except the CPU fan briefly spins up and then stops spinning. Restart the system and everything is back to normal. If anyone has any ideas, I will post files, screen shots and provide BIOS Settings. Thinking about flashing the BIOS, currently on 3.0, goes to 11.0.

Any ideas?

Loving the system...quiet as can be (with the CPU fan, of course) and runs cool. Will be posting in the user build section, once I can get this solved.

Hi Osufella,

You can verify that you are using last clover.
Verify that ERP is activate in bios.
use the last bios vs.
For me, I made lot of progress with osxpatiofix3drv and emuvariableuefi instead of just aptiomemoryfix.
moreover, for a perfect sleep working, you will always need a DSDT patch and perfect USB setting..

Using Clover 4769
ERP = enabled
Flashed BIOS to version 11
Using osxpatiofix3drv, emuvariableuefi and aptiomemoryfix

I need to figure how to do the DSDT path and perfect USB setting

Added clover zip, if you wanted to take a look.

Holy frijoles, I think I fixed it.

Attempt at fix 1, did not work - went into CloverConfigurator/ACPI/DSDT/SlpSmiAtWake - checked; nothing changed

Attempt at fix 2, unplugged the CPU Fan Cable, plugged it back in, went into BIOS and changed 1) Memory Profile to Profile 1 and 2) change the CPU Fan to PWM from Auto

Restarted, put the computer to sleep and CPU fan now works. Unfortunately, I don't know which of the 3 addressed the problem. Oh well, never look a gift horse in the mouth, or so they say.

Going to have to watch this but the BIOS has reset itself, this is the second time in a month. In doing so, the CPU fan would not spin up and stay on, after a sleep/wake scenario. Went into the BIOS and selected CPU Fan to PWM from Auto and the CPU fan now spins up and stays on after sleep/wake.
