[Solved] AppleUSBHostPort::disconnect: persistent enumeration failures and shows stop sign

I just build my first Hackintosh, now I'm having trouble on the basic Hackintosh installation, it doesn't boot!

I created a macOS Mojave 10.14.1 USB drive by following Apple's official instruction and used Clover to make it bootable on my build. I tweaked bios settings before installation, but I keep getting this errors over and over:

AppleUSBHostPort::disconnect: persistent enumeration failures

After a few seconds of showing this error my monitor shows a stop sign. I tried many ways and asked a few people to tackle this problem but none of them worked for me.

What's wrong with my build? did I miss something in my clover settings/files?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

"Still waiting for root device".
When installing this means that your USB flash drive cannot be found.
This is usually because the flash drive is in a USB3 port.
If this is the case move it to a USB2 port, if it is already in a USB2 port move it to another and try again.
Repeat until you have tried all USB ports.
Use a USB2 flash drive.
If it still doesn't work you could try another flash drive.
You might also try enabling Legacy on your USB3 ports in your BIOS settings.
If you only have USB3 ports try with your USB flash drive in a USB2 hub.
Make sure Fast Boot is not activated in your BIOS.

May require USBInjectAll.kext in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/.
May require XHCI-unsupported.kext in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/.

Yes, it was a USB 3.0 problem, it works great now after switched to a USB2.0 port, many thanks for your help!

I am using an ASUS Rampage VI Extreme, which only had USB 3.0 ports, no 2.0 ports, even using a 2.0 hub doesn't seem to help with all of these messages. I get so many hangs trying to boot the USB stick, half the time I don't even make it into the white install screen, and when I do it crashes...
