Try with FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext.

Note:
Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

Well, because I installed to Clover EFI. I tried to put all to L/E and installed the kext you mentioned but sound still not working.

Try this.
At config.plist/devices set Audio/Inject to No.
At config.plist/devices/properties change PciRoot(0)/Pci(0x1f,3) / layout-id from 13 to 11.
Copy attachad file to clover/acpi/patched and reboot.

You have to delete all AppleHDA in config.plist/KextsToPatch



and restore vanilla AppleHDA.kext (attached) to S/L/E (use KextBeast)

In config.plist/Devices/Audio inject 56



Make sure that you don't have any 256 kexts in L/E or S/L/E

and no 256.aml in Clover/ACPI/Patched

Reboot

Yes I have. Also, I restored it using macOS Mojave Installer earlier.

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
