Hack possible with this configuration?

Hello, before I start I wish to logically know if my configuration will not prohibit me the hack. Could you advise me if there is a need for some version of MacOs? Will I have to change some component?
Being "android application programmer" I want to learn programming for IOS and so I need XCode under MacOs.

Config:
- Motherboard, MSI B85-G41 PC Mate | Socket 1150 - Chipset Intel B85 - DDR3
- Processor, INTEL Intel® Core i5-4460 3.2GHz 6M Socket 1150
- Ram, Crucial Ballistix Sport 8G DDR3(2x4Go)
- Graphic card, ASUS AMD Strix R9 380 DC2OC 4GD5 Gaming
- Disk:
* Seagate Barracuda, 1 To
* Kingston SSDNow UV400, 120 Go, SATA III
