No, BT onboard is in use, WIFI onboard is not. The slot population is:

#1 Vega
#2 Asus ethernet 10GB
#3 Asus NVME 16x card (all my NVME's, since they do not work at full speed natively in the on-board NVME slots)
#4 Thunderbolt GC Titan

Well it would be good to initialise the adaptor with the respective driver under Windows.

But maybe you can enable the TB BIOS option and configure the TB BIOS settings without primarily configuring everything under Windows?

The GC-Titan Ridge must show up in your ACPI table under IOREG. Otherwise the respective SSDT and the adopter will not work.

But following your IROEG your NVMe controller is in slot-4...
