Hi,
firstly I want to thank you for this guide. I followed it, but couldn't change the dvmt pre allocated to 128 mb, because I have no option in my BIOS and I was afraid to flash It. I have never done something like that and found only guides where I need exactly my BIOS but no guide how to extract it or where I can download it. Lenovo just let me download an update-exe, but is this a whole BIOS?

By the way, Sierra is working on my Lenovo, the only problem is the UHD display/the Nvidia graphic card. I have glimmering on my display and many programs don't work because of a "problem withe the graphic card" in "about this mac" i can't see any graphics, but in hardware i can see my Nvidia graphics. The Web driver is installed.

i have tested so many thinks and I don't know if it is really the BIOS settings and how to fix this.

i uploaded my efi. Maybe someone knows what to do? For dummies and could explain it for dummies.
By the way, maybe you recognized that my english is not perfect, so it could be, that I have misunderstood something.

My hardware:
Lenovo Y50-70 15,6 Zoll intel core i7-4710HQ, 3,5 gHz, 16GB Ram, 500 GB SSD, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M/2GB

Thank you!!
July

Thank you for your Quick reply.
Could you help Me a little with changing the dvmt prealloc? I habe found a tutorial but I need my BIOS exe for It. I think I cannot use the Update App from Lenovo, can I?
Is there a way to extract my own BIOS?
Thank you!

Ok. I was able to change the preallocated to 128mb, had to reinstal Windows and than back to Sierra. I made all the Things in this Post and installer nvidia driver. I changed the change log to inject nvidia and turned the webdriver on. If All the nvidia settings are made my Internet doesnt work anymore. I am connected but it loads forever. But the nvidia Problem isnt gone and IT flimmers, the Animations are slow and the card isn't Shown in graphics from about Mac.
Has someone an idea what I can do now?
Thank you,
July
