Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

Your current MaxCapacity (0x962) is only 65% of DesignCapacity (0xe64), which is probably why you're getting the "service battery" warning.

so is there any way to resolve it, because there was no such problem when i initially installed mac os

I assume you ruled out a corrupt EC by doing an EC reset... (see FAQ).
Assuming it is an actual battery problem, replace your degraded battery with a new one.

But in windows it shows no problem in battery

Windows may not have code to encourage battery replacement when the battery is significantly degraded.

No idea about that.
Perhaps the battery is really have a problem, if included battery drained you talk about before.
And as I known, Windows will not going to detect the battery problem that critical degraded.

Is there any way i can clear the battery data, because i did the test told by dell care on windows and even on dell diagnostic and they told me that the battery is not damaged, it is as it should be

Try to reset the CR2032 battery.
I have no idea if still a same.

Solved

By using the laptop until it shutdown by itself because of low battery and then charging it after about 6-7 hours.
