Yes I have a copied the "EFI" folder from my USB Stick to the EFI Part on the target SSD. (I've formated it before with my macbook pro and a SATA adaptator)
I've checked my bios settings, put the USB Stick, boot from it, reach the OSX installer. I've selected the SSD previously formated to HFS, and start the installation.
After 4 mins, reboot happens and that's after it's screw up, when after the reboot, I'm booting from the USB stick and select the SSD from Clover, I got a kernel panic. I've attached bios settings and EFI folder.

I cannot find any EFI-Folder in your attachment

BIOS Screenshots incomplete... anyway, apply following changes:

IO Overclock Tuner -> XMP
Asus MultiCore Enhancement -> Auto
CPU Core Ratio -> SyncAllCores
DRAM Frequency -> set your DRAM Frequency
Above 4G Decoding -> Enabled
CPU SVID -> Enabled

Please upload your EFI-Folder!

Did you patch your motherboard BIOS Firmware? Do you have locked or unlocked MSR register?

Yes I have followed your guide for patching and unlocking. Is there any way to verify MSR is unlocked ?

Just a few minor and not substantial modifications in your EFI-Folder attached below.

Your issue must be caused by something else. EFI-Folder looks fine, provided that you did not apply yet any post installation procedure.

With your new EFI Folder copied to the USB Stick and the SSD, I've got some new. Instead of getting a KP, I'm stuck at the famous [PCI Configuration begin]. :)

Maybe your MSR is still locked. Try to check kernelpm and enable xcpm core scope kernel patch just for testing.

Nope, same results. :(
I just changed the config.plist from the USB stick only, not on the SSD, should I ?

But I got different result with your new EFI Folder, please check attached picts.
