This is how I used unibeast and got here but the problem that I always get the forbidden logo after the apple appears

Yes, it's happened before. Take a look at: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/asus-h370m-plus-work-in-progress.263480/
and the attached Clover files which solved the Prohibitory (forbidden) error - you'll need to access the EFI partition on your USB "Unibeast" installer, and replace the Clover files (like with like) with the files in the attached CLOVER.zip.

If you are not sure about accessing the EFI partition - just ask. It's straight forward.

One question my hard drives should I leave in NTFS format because it looks like I have two or more partitions that are in NTFS and the others as the sdd is in linux format (I do not know what it's called) will not that problem be ??

Regarding shutdown on H370, take a look at @ zzmadd's comments on this thread:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/asus-rog-strix-z390-i-gaming-motherboard-specs.259848/page-9

The shutdown and restart problem is also occurring with the Z390 chipsets, which will probably get more attention now.

Please post your progress. We need to solve this!

I followed this guide using vanilla clover: https://hackintosh.gitbook.io/macos-internet-install/

I did fixed the shutdown and restart issue. I tried different EFIS for H370 boards, not just for asus then I got lucky. It turns out that I have missing some efi drivers (you can check in the post EFI drivers). I do not know exactly which driver was that.

Now, the only issue I have is the igpu acceleration. still getting 7mb. Also tried the framebuffer by headkaze, freezes and reboot in boot. tried different ig-platform-id using framebuffer but gets 'Failed to load framebuffer'.

Attached are my pre and post EFI folders without themes directory.

Disconnect any NTFS (Windows) or other formatted, e.g., linux, drives while you are installing macOS. These formats may cause problems until you have a working macOS boot drive with a Clover boot loader.

Best to install macOS on a blank drive, e.g., new drive or use your working Mac to repartition your boot drive as Mac OS Extended (Journaled) in Disk Utility. This will erase any files on the boot drive.

Also, if your boot drive was previously used as a macOS drive it may have an EFI partition containing Clover files. If so, best to either remove the Clover files or enter the UEFI BIOS for your system and be sure you boot from the Unibeast USB drive.

Understood, then in the sdd what format will I leave?
Should I disconnect the other hard drive as HDD that I have installed windows?
Another thing two problems that I was using another folder EFI one that was that I left the logo forbidden, another is that I start and then restart from there it was black screen.
I do not know what to do, I also remember that when I installed it worked, I had to format the disk, choose the language to install it, and then I continued to install it while there were minutes to finish the installation, that's my other problem. in this installation where it says 2 minutes remaining to finish there is frozen or hung.

Read post # 34 again.

Normally, the system would restart, however, the H370 systems have a restart problem and so they freeze during install.
When this happens:
- power the system down (hold power button down ~ 4 seconds)
- restart the system and when you see the Clover screen select Install ... [boot drive name]
- continue powering down system every time it freezes until you get to Setup.

I was able to fix the i5-8400 acceleration with this mobo but no display for both vga and hdmi. Haven't tried DVI (i don't have one). I can only access the os via teamviewer, booting with 1234.. for now.

Is there anyone can help? I tried the fbpatcher for connector patches, results are the same. no display or signal. Also tried changing the resolution, did not help.

VGA has not worked in macOS for several years. DVI is normally reliable for IGPU. Get yourself a DVI-VGA adapter.

Yes I know, that is why I am trying to make the hdmi work. Tried patching the connectors but did not succeed.
