Hello
I have a fully working elite book 840 g2 with Mojave 10.14.
airdrop immesage sound continuity just like a original MacBook

please advise how to boot clover without 5 sec delay ? I mean when I power on the laptop that it boots all the way to MacOs without my intervention . right now the I boot it stops at clover boot menu and I have to hit enter key so that clover boots the Mojave os

I m on the latest clover by rehab man

repository up to date
config latest

still do not know why clover does not boot automatically.
thanks for your reply

1. Mount your EFI partition
2. Open your config.plist with Plist Edit Pro (or whatever plist editor you use. DO NOT use Clover configurator to edit your plist file according to wise advice from admin's here.)
3. Under boot change the timeout value. It should already say 5 if you have a 5 second delay. You can change it to 0 (zero) for instant boot to MacOS.
4. Save your config.plist and reboot to see changes in action.

Visit https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/Boot#Timeout for more options

Do you have any issues with sleep wake? I have an EliteBook 850 G2 and it's a nightmare under Mojave. Sleep Wake does not work at all. The display goes to sleep and will not wake up. Same goes for a connected external display. External display will wake a few times but eventually it stays asleep and I have to do a hard reset to bring everything back.

People are really bad about reporting information regarding success here.
For the most part, no one writes unless they have a problem.

That makes sense. This is my last best effort to get this solved with Mojave 10.14 before I consider other options. Here are my current problem reporting files and I also included screenshots of my complete BIOS setup. Any insights are much appreciated. I should note I have NOT yet installed a compatible wifi card and the stock card is still installed.

Hi All,
After I replaced my Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 with a HP Broadcom BCM943225HMB I now have wifi after using the RehabMan Probook DSDT patch.
I couldn't get SSDT or config.plist files created for my HP EliteBook Folio 9470m so I have followed the instructions in the "unsupported Laptops" section and collected all the requested info (attached). Apologies if someone already uploaded them for my laptop model. (I do have a functional config.plist with the correct screen resolution I created by editing the default with the clover configurator - I only found out it isn't recommended today :)
I noticed the line below in the output of the ssdtPRGen.sh while it was running:
Error: board-id [Mac-27ADBB7B4CEE8E61] not supported by Ivy Bridge – check SMBIOS data / use the -target option

Thanks!

i know that info

right now it does not boot automatically . it stops regardless delay time or zero delay.

about sleep and wake mine 840 g2 sleeps and wakes like a original one . my bios is 01.26A

my laptop did sleep and wake from el capitan up to mojave all of versions .

will post pictures with bios settings

also mine is set up as a macbook pro early 2015(not as air as per rehab man config), don’t know if that counts

i use a sandisk ssd drive on the sata3 port but also i was running the system from an sandisk from m2 port and worked as well. now i use the m2 port for win 10!

maybe is that i disabled from bios the m2 port and now clover does not boot automatically... wil enable m2 port again and try again and report back.

so i guess you are doing something wrong with your rig. follow the guide from mr rehab exactly as written . skip generating specific aml file with piker alpha aml generator command “I repeat... DO NOT generate SSDT.aml for these later CPUs.”

Thank you so much for this advice Did you use Early 2015 13" profile because the CPU is very similar to ours or did you use early 2015 15" profile with CPU very different with HQ at the end? I got confused because I'm using a 13" Air profile on a 15" device.

I switched to the MacBook Pro Retina Early 2015 13" 12,1 profile but it didn't fix the sleep wake issue unfortunately. Is that the profile you're using? Also my SSD is a Samsung 850 Pro SATA 3. I still can't figure out if M.2 drives can work with the 850 G2 but when I open the laptop there seems to be a space/bay there. Can you please post your BIOS settings? I'm running the latest BIOS revision M71 Ver 01.27. I was running an earlier version but was getting CMOS error intermittently at boot. The BIOS update seems to have fixed that error. I may try downgrading to your version if that's even possible.

Visit SysPrefs->Startup Disk to set a startup volume.

Comments:
- WiFi card must be replaced as per post #1
- PXE* options should be disabled
- VTx can be enabled (but VTd disabled still)
- AMT should probably be disabled

9x70 already supported.
Look:
Code:
NUC6i7KYK:probook.git rehabman$ ls -l config|grep 9x70
-rwxr-xr-x@ 1 rehabman staff 13757 Oct 25 13:38 config_9x70m.plist
NUC6i7KYK:probook.git rehabman$ ./install_acpi.sh help|grep 9x70
install_9x70
install_9x70_hires
