[solved] clover failing to update

I am trying to install Clover (the latest version), however, after finishing the installation, the EFI folder seems to be untouched and the Clover boot is not updated. Attaching some screens from the terminal and installation splash screens....

Perhaps you failed to select "Clover for UEFI booting only" via Clover installer "Customize".

Then probably the EFI you're installing to is not the EFI you're booting from.
Check your Clover bootlog to determine which partition Clover is actually booting from.

Keep in mind that the Clover installer installs to the EFI partition that is on the same disk as the installation target. With multiple disks, that may not be the EFI partition that the system is actually booting from.

I am attaching what I found out. I don't know how to identify the volume...The thing is, i can edit my EFI and clover config, make adjustments etc., but I cannot force the installer to update THIS particular EFI folder that the system is booting from.

Keep in mind that the Clover installer installs to the EFI partition that is on the same disk as the installation target. With multiple disks, that may not be the EFI partition that the system is actually booting from.

Well, I use a Fusion Drive (SSD/HDD), that might pose a problem, but I have never had problems with Clover updating :/

Pretty sure in the Fusion scenario, you must update Clover manually.

“THE FILES” is the the important part, but “where” and “what” files si equally important I think So I just extract files from the installer and put them in the EFI folder? No files are copied on the HDD boot disk? What files to copy? Only the updated ones I guess, but what about some new files?

When you use the Clover installer, the updated *.efi files (CLOVERX64.EFI, BOOTX64.EFI, and drivers64UEFI/*.efi) are going somewhere. You will need to find out where (it will be whatever partition is mounted as ESP after running the Clover installer). Once you know where the new files are, mount the EFI partition you're actually booting from, then update each file/folder.
