Most likely the battery.. try to compare the patches (diffmerge or maciasl)
also, have you added the tpl0 clover patch, the i2c clover patches, and the ssdt?
Yeah I have added everything you attached to your post

I've got the same laptop (FX503VD) but not on the High Sierra (macOS Mojave 10.14.3 installed). I have followed this excellent guide and got it almost all working (still waiting for the Wi-Fi/BT card to arrive though).

The only thing that I'm struggling to achieve is the Sleep/Wake function. I've searched everywhere I could, tried tons of Clover options combinations, did various DSDT patches, (of course) ejected all USB devices, made custom SSDT for USB ports, tried various BIOS settings, etc

When the system goes to sleep, it wakes up immediately after 2 seconds.

That's what syslog says:
localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: RTC XHC (Alarm)

SOLVED: Updated BIOS from v302 > v305, reassembled DSDT.aml and the problem is gone
Now besides the DGPU & PCIE Card Reader, everything else is fully functional, including battery state & trackpad (which was a big problem for me until I found this guide)

Glad to hear it! You could try the following for the PCIE card reader, though I couldn't get it to work: https://github.com/sinetek/Sinetek-rtsx (You'll need to compile it from source, eg Xcode)

hey buddy, can you help me with the issues? https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/asus-fx503vd-battery-status-not-working.299440/ I again installed macOS yesterday but still battery status not working! can you help me fix this issue?
I no longer have this device. It's also possible your BIOS is different (such as a hardware revision, or simply a new BIOS update), and thus the SSDT+patches I've created won't work.
You'll need to follow Rehabman (or another)'s guide on ACPI battery patching; start with static DSDT patching, and once you get a working battery status, I can help you with dynamic/hot-patching.
Here's a hint: look at methods _BST and _BIF

thanks for your reply :). I will look into the guide and will try to fix it. There is another problem I am facing is that the keyboard backlight is not turning off using the fn keys, I am already using AsusSMC kext. Can you suggest something on how to make the keys word or turn it off completely?

This is a known issue with asussmc with Catalina, but I recall it has been fixed.
You'll need to patch your ACPI. https://github.com/hieplpvip/AsusSMC/wiki/Installation-Instruction
Youll need to patch _QXx, determined by using ACPIDebug and EC Query patch and checking Console while pressing the FN+button.
