But does HDMI audio work?

I put the kexts back on. so much does not change anything on a performance level.

I'm mostly interested whether WhateverGreen.kext has this spoof built-in or not.
Since my Haswell hardware is native (0a0c), I cannot test.

okay Rehabman. I remove these two kexts and I try with the HDMI cable if the audio works?
FakePCIID what should it serve? so I see the differences. Because the second kext I know it's for HDMI audio. but FakePCIID I do not know.

FakePCIID.kext does nothing by itself. So if that is the only FakePCIID kext left, you can remove it as well.

Test done. What really strange
First test. Without the two kexts FakePCIID and FakePCIID HDMI audio. The mac recognizes of the TV sound and also the monitor. but the audio is painful, it goes on and on.
Second Test. With the two kexts inside Extensions. the mac does not recognize the TV sound and the audio comes from the PC. evidently it comes into conflict with AppleALC.

You will need to attach PR files for each scenario.
There is no way for me to know what you're actually doing without full PR files.

But if you add FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext it is ok?

No, the audio is not recognized by the TV and comes out of the speakers of the Mac.

No problem reporting files attached.

Note that you must switch outputs manually.
