Not if your HDAU is 0x0c0c. If your HDAU is 0x0a0c, then you don't need them, but having them will do no harm either, as they will simply not even load.

There is no need to over-optimize.

I don't find HDAU. help

HDAU (HDAU is renamed identifier, original B0D3) is an ACPI name attached to the PCI device @3 (00:03.00 in your Clover bootlog).
Note that device-id is 0c0c.

You can try without, as AppleALC.kext may also be making the same/fix patch.
I haven't tested it, as my u430 uses 0x0a0c, which is native.

I tried to remove those two kexts and the mac starts normally. What do you say ?

Not expected to affect ability to boot.
But does HDMI audio work?
