Where to see the Nvidia updates

Yea... I saw that too... and read about these forecast of 2-3 weeks because of the "Metal problem" somewhere else too... I don't know where that guy saw the russian news but I'm afraid that might make sense :\

Quote from above link ....

I gave up. I saw on some forum that an Nvidia representative from Russia mentioned that in 2-3 weeks we should expect the drivers.

I personally would not count on that information ....

There is no official announcement from Nvidia on their own development forums so take it with a pinch of salt ...

Cheers

From the same forum...
Hello,

Thank you for contacting NVIDIA Customer Care.

This is Varun, assisting you with your query.

From the email description, I understand that you have a query regarding graphics drivers for Mojave.

Nvidia is working on an update to Mac drivers that includes support for the latest MacOS and Turing GPUs.

I'm sorry, I do not have any information about the time. When it is released, it should be available here:https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Best Regards,
Varun

Sorry but that's it!!! - I am done with Nvidia, glitchy graphics, waiting around for web drivers with every major update, a case of will they won't they and when will they. Perfect vanilla install every time apart from, patching previous web drivers just to prevent eye strain, everyone screaming 'Patience wait for web driver update' - I AM DONE WID DAT. Arriving today an AMD Radeon RX580 reportedly supported by Apple and works oob, I am partial to a bit of tinkering but dammmmmm Nvidia you've pushed me way over the edge.

I am also considering an RX580 to replace my 1050 ti. My question is, how does it fare in Premiere Pro for 4K video editing? Anyone has any experience with that?

Don't really know the answer to that one, good question though, would be interesting to find out, but for me from now on it's AMD all the way. I tried to be faithful to Nvidia but she wasn't putting out so I had to look elsewhere ;)

Same here, I am done, not because of my impatience and being forced to do my job on the Windows 10 partition (super grateful for my decision to dual-boot), but also because on the GeForce forums no one is giving a straight answer or at least an ETA. On top of that, there are rude remarks for even asking for information: "it's Apple's fault for being garbage, "it's users' fault for updating their systems" etc etc. What gives?

Mojave betas were accessible to everyone, for a really long time I might add. Surely at the very least we deserve some information from the beginning if the drivers are not on time, or that they are at least working on them. As far as I know, I don't even see any beta versions for Mojave!

I moved to the RX580 from a 1060 just prior to the Mojave release, and couldn't be more happy. I couldn't testify to its performance with Premiere Pro, but in terms of OOB updates, it was flawless. Had to have been the easiest upgrade I've done in the past couple of years.
