In the first post he says that mojave support is not on i2c branch. Use master or applealc. He will bring mojave support to i2c in the future.

i2c branch it's only for the i2c model (which is the trackpad that your laptop using) If you use one of the other branches your trackpad will still working but might the right click will not work.

About battery - before updating to Mojave battery status reached 100% when it was fully charged.

It will provided you discharge it below 92%, such that the EC will again start charging, ... and you continue to charge it until it reaches 100% If you remove the charger at 98%, then plug the charger back in, it will not charge as the current charge is more than the 92% threshold. This is done to reduce the number of cycles on your battery, which helps it last longer. It also has nothing to do with the software... it is in an EC firmware function.

Yes, i know that. But now it behaves like Fn key

If your modifier keys are behaving strangely, do an EC reset.

Also, there is no way to enable sensors to show "real" data from cpu and etc?

You can install the sensor kexts:
Code:
tools/install_sensors.sh

I attached the export from gen_debug.sh
@RehabMan, your guide is awesome! Mojave works without any problem on 440 G5 (Using with applealc branch). The only thing that it's not working it's brightness (and the trackpad's right click but I suppose this is happening because I didn't choose i2c branch). What files do you need to provide you to fix the brightness?

*I made a clean Mojave install and after that I used your guide, I didn't make any changes.
I attached the export from gen_debug.sh

ioreg is missing.

The i2c branch will only work with a compatible i2c trackpad.
And the i2c branch has not been updated for Mojave.
Right now I have two branches going with full Mojave support (one for patched AppleHDA: master, and the other for AppleALC: applealc).
And I'm not going to add a third right now.
If you want Mojave, use it in PS2 mode until we get the audio changes complete (to AppleALC).
I will merge i2c after that.

Odd issue on my HP EliteBook 8470p. I did an in-place upgrade of Mojave per the guide. It went well - I'm still on the previous version of Clover. Everything installed after running all of the post-install tasks in the guide. I updated all of the .kext files in the directory per the instructions for updating from the git repository online. I installed everything from the Terminal and everything is working except for sound. I have no audio devices. I've reinstalled the new kexts via the Terminal a second time and then rebuilt the kext cache from Terminal. Still no audio. I have included the appropriate files and I am using the AppleHDA build for audio.
