After I connected the headphones to the laptop to try them, the internal speakers are not working anymore, so now only sounds through the headphones. Weird right? (but still appearing the sound icon and everything looks to be fine, is just that the sound doesnt come out).

Before was working the sound very good, anyone knows why is this happening?

Interesting as well as very frustrating.
I've tried numerous sleep fix guides and none have seemed to work.
Used SSDT-PTSWAK.aml and its corresponding patches in config.plist and it fixes nothing.
 
My third time posting the same thing I get ignored every time :lol: ... Does iMessage / FaceTime work for anyone/

No idea without a clear description of the problem and PR files as per FAQ.

Haven't noticed this issue, I do know I have to manually switch between headphones and speakers, it won't switch on it's own. So I just have to click on the volume icon and select sepeaker or hesdphones, whichever I'm using.

This is pretty low on the priority list. Other major things are the focus right now. But to answer your question, I have not tried it, but there's no reason it shouldn't, if you follow the guide on here with properly registering with a serial number and other ID's.
 
I'm planning on buying the RB15 4k Touch Screen model. Anyone know if the 4k display will be an issue? Will the touch display work?
 
It is a shame that the sleep doesnt work, everything else is working very well... do the people make work the sleep in other laptops? or it is almost impossible?

It is very much possible to get sleep working! I don't know how difficult it is on High Sierra, I kind of gave up on High Sierra since there is a lot more native support for this laptop in Mojave. But I can confirm that on Mojave I have 100% functionality of everything on this laptop! Native brightness, sound, shutdown, restart and sleep all work perfectly!

The only thing that doesn't work perfectly is the very first boot from a shutdown or restart. There seems to be a bug that causes the backlight to be off for the first 3 minutes after the laptop first boots, after that the issue is gone. But everything else works like a dream.
The only thing I can't comment on is HDMI and the Mini-display port. One of the reasons for this is because I have the Nvidia card disabled as I don't really use the HDMI ever and the second reason is there's no Nvidia Mojave drivers yet. Though I'm sure once the drivers are released it will work just fine.

Now that I got everything working, I'm going to do a full write up on the Mojave install and how to get everything working properly.
