then in windows just install the broadcom drivers for BL and Wifi
Installed it today - annoyingly there is a badly placed Cap on my motherboard meaning the adapter card need to be fettled to fit the final M2 slot on the top left of the motherboard.
That same cap also gets in the way of the card being flat, so its inserted securely at an angle. Good news is that it does work.
Just waiting for the antennas to arrive to test if it actually works - but it has detected that it has WiFi and Bluetooth, just can't connect to anything for obvious reasons!
in my Hackintosh i've installed a Broadcom BCM94331CD (it's a combo Wifi+BT from a 2012 iMac).
But i'm experiencing problems with BT periperhals because I'm getting a laggy experience, especially from the Magic Mouse 2 (that works perfectly on my MBP, so I exclude it's a mouse problem).
nHas anyone successfully installed a BCM94360CD OR BCM94360CS on a carrier card in a 8th generation motherboard, particularly a Gigabyte board, and has it been detected and is it working either under the Mac OS or under Windows 10? I have two carriers one with each type of Apple Broadcom card, they are detected on an Asus 7 generation machine Z270 but I cannot get this machine(Z370) to recognize THE WIFI PORTION either card, in known working slots on my Z370. I.E. nothing shows in evice Manager but Bluetooth is completely functional as it derives its working functionality from the USB bus.
Update:
I have an OSXwifi version of a 4 antenna card on a PCIe carrier from another 6 generation machine I own, that is known to work, on High Sierra, and Win 10 Pro. I put it in an X1 slot on the Gigabyte Z370 it was detected, and Bluetooth works as well as I loaded that Bootcamp Bluetooth driver in the currently uactivated separate Win 10 pro M.2 drive. Testing the other carriers, only the Bluetooth works as expected. I built a Ubuntu bootable to run lspci and it shows the OSXWIFI card in the list from Terminal. I then built a High Sierra Unibeast flash and booted and Wifi shows as working in the menu bar of the installer window using the OTB kext. I am waiting for another repalement carrier card to test the Apple/Broadcom cards above that do not work. I am also waiting for a complete Fenvi FV T919 card and carrier as a last-ditch effort.
From the reading I have found these unique bits of info:
1. These cards must be installed in a X1 slot only. Even though an X16, X8, X4, and X2 slot are backward compatible there are problems with getting both Wifi and Bluetooth simultaneously to work, it has been written. (However I have both working in a 6 generation board GA Z170MX Gaming 5 in a x16 slot running X4 speed, the OSX wifi carrier is somewhat differnt, in that the slot for the card, accept two items: the Broadcom card and the connection for the bluetooth inserts in its own portion of the slot to right of the Wifi card portion of the slot on the carrier (one long slot with two items inserted.
2. The 3 antenna cards (BCM94360CD) are new school and the latest, 4 antenna cards are old school (BCM94360CS). The 3 antenna cards use a new style of wifi antenna technology, than the older card.
3. Supposedly the new card will not work under Windows 7 and the older 4 antenna cards will work with bootcamp drivers.
4. Both of the non-detected carriers above, placed in the Z370 Gigabyte board, are detected in a Z270 Asus board. (Note the carrier LEDs light up green before boot, but when booted, a red led also lights up when inserted in the Z370 board, and no detection, not shown in HWInfo64 or the device manager, with or without hidden devices initiated.)
I've got a small problem, I'm not sure it's doing anything.
Whenever I run KCPM to fix / clean up my kexts, it generates this long list of errors. Most of them has to do with my wifi. Unfortunately no matter how many times I run this, the problems persists.

I have this old card from my Mac bookPro... but it seems to have 3 antennas ports on it I only have 2 antennas to use so not sure if those will be ok on which ports 2,1,0 are there numbers , also its not a half mini so it would be sitting out to much, tho I could fit it in!

If you do decide to use the card buy anther antenna / pig tail for it ... they only cost a few $ on eBay .... do not use it without 3 pig tails plugged into it. Running any WiFi/BT card with out the correct number of antenna's plugged it can result in a damage to the on-board radio amplifiers as there is no load on the un-connected radio output(s).
