What is your OsxAptioDrvXFix? Check using clover configurator... but before you do, try this boot flag... USBBusFix=Yes

I do have 3 kexts, if you'd like to see those aswell.

Yo, P1LGRIM, even on this website there are +10 ways to fix the issue. I just want to see the outcome after doing some things. In my newest build with High Sierra, even I had some issues with it. (By that I mean the “still waiting for root device” issue, mine was the XHCI patch wasnt ported because I needed the UseKernelCache=No boot flag, until I got the OsxAptioFix2Drv forked by some other dude... (I cant remember what he called it))

USBBusFix=Yes wouldnt even get to boot, it'd do the sleep for 10 seconds then quit.

Let me go grab a file from my pc, while I do this load your usb on clover configurator and go to Drivers and tell me which version of OpvAptioFixDrv you have, also, do you need to boot with the boot flag UseKernelCache=No?
