I followed the readme instruction but it doesn't work. when I execute the Ssh command from the readme it displays various output but it doesn't allow me to select anything. I've attached the below output to show what is happening.

Hi,

Have you executed the following ?

"
### How to install

Run script in Terminal

```
$ sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/xzhih/one-key-hidpi/master/hidpi.sh)"
```

Then, also run `install.command`. This program is used to avoid wake problems."

I did. then it gives the output I posted in the previous post with no choice for me to selected anything.
I am assuming it should pause and give me a menu to select one of the 3 options
(1) Enable HIDPI

(2) Enable HIDPI (with patch)

(3) Disable HIDPI

unless something is incorrect with the script causing it not to pause at that menu

Any solutions getting a USB card reader to work? Or how do you guys copy stuff from your cameras on to the Xiaomi?
USB cable or USB3-SD card adapter?

If I plug a USB cable straight to the A7s, card shows up.
So I did some more testing and all USB 3.0 readers do not work but an old USB 2.0 one does.

My adapter is USB 3.0 and working fine

Looking at @Steeeeeeve GitHub page, it looks like big improvements are coming :clap: (also BIOS-wise).

I installed the color calibration profile and indeed, the quality of the screen is better than ever. I am adding the step in the main post.

Right now the real only frustration of mine is the fact that I keep having to disable the touchpad while I type because of the lack of palm rejection. Has anyone been able to mitigate the effect?

Really glad you like it. The color profile and BIOS-related function are provided by qeeqez, PavelLJ, and Cyb. I just "eat" their results happily. Big thanks to them.

I think we still have to wait a long time for Palm rejection. It seems like the author of the trackpad (https://github.com/alexandred/VoodooI2C) is busy on his academics and has a little time to work on the code.

Recently my work is based on a real MBP(14,1)'s ACPI table from my friend. I will attach it below.

Dear guys, I have successfully installed hackintosh following the instructions in this topic and so far my mi notebook pro works nicely. However, there are still a few frustrating problems. If anyone knows, please help me, I'm new to this and also to macOS.
Firstly, the trackpad gestures are great, almost everything works except for the fact that I can't tap or tap using two fingers for right-click menu, I can only click on the left and right of the trackpad like in Windows?
Secondly, if I install any software that mount the drive containing windows, after few seconds the laptop automatically restarts.
Hope to see your responses.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
