Dual boot and GeForce nightmare

Hello everyone.

I had my Hackintosh working fine last week with an el capitan install when I decided to make my system dual boot with windows 10.
I also replaced my video card for an Asus Strix gaming Geforce GTX 1080 (without checking compatibility)
So instead of have one dual boot nightmare I also had to struggle again to get OSX to recognise the card. It still does not. did the entire new web driver boot option and all. Card still not recognised and stuck in 600/800 res.

My plan:
- Install Windows on a second drive
- Make everything dual boot
- Update to Sierra High
- Sort drivers for the new 1080 GTX

I Disconnected al drives except the one I wanted to install Windows on, created a bootable usb stick and installed it on the drive. That part went pretty smoothly. Had a working windows install. After that I reconnected the OSX disk and was hoping it would just add the windows install to the clover boot menu. It did not. It kept booting to the windows boot. Disconnected the windows drive and tried booting again. For some reason it still wanted to boot windows. No clover menu in sight.

Coming back to the trouble im in at the moment. I have an large list of broken boot options that I can't figure out to remove. Its creating a lot of confusion. I also have a sneaking suspicion that all my hard drives now have a EFI partition and booting is unstable.
My question. What if I connect all other drives and sticks and empty out the EFI partitions except for the windows and osx hdd one. (not sire if I just need one or two)

I booted into windows and connected to its EFI boot partition. Added clover dir and replaced the boot ini, hoping it would boot to clover, but unfortunately it did not. At this point I'm at a loss what to do next.

So nothing I am trying is working and flowing from one problem into another.

any help or guidance would be great.

If you want to start all over again for both Windows 10 and macOS high Sierra from 2 different SATA Spin Hard disk drives,I suggest the following: (I am assuming you are using SATA Spin Disks)

• First install macOS High Sierra on one of the disks using a properly created macOS High Sierra USB installer (created on a real Mac or functioning Hackintosh) and using the steps from the GUIDE including all the required options in the CLOVER folder (drivers64UEFI+kexts/Other + config.plist ) of the USB installer's EFI Folder and selecting BIOS options for your Specific Motherboard to boot the USB installer without fail.
• Install Clover(Latest) and required essential kexts on the newly created disk or just copy and paste the EFI folder from the EFI partition of the USB installer that helped you to successfully install macOS High Sierra on the System Hard disk.
• Install Nvidia Web driver for Nvidia 1080 GTX [Nvidia Web Driver - 378.02.02.25f10]. You may have to Enable SIP temporarily, during Nvidia Web driver install and then Disable after reboot. You may use Clover Configurator (latest: Download Clover Configurator 5.2.0.0 | mackie100 projects) to mount and edit your CLOVER including changing CsrActivateConfig from 0x67 (SIP Disabled) to 0x00 (SIP Enabled) .
  • The [√] nv_disable = 1 used during install must be unchecked from CLOVER/config.plist/Boot and the
  • CLOVER/config.plist/System Parameters section should show [√]NvidiaWeb and Inject Kexts [Yes]
• Once your macOS High Sierra is fully updated and working OK, connect the SATA disk for Windows 10 .
• Using Disk Utility of macOS High Sierra, partition and format the target hdd for Windows, just like you would have done for creating OS X installation. This is to create a GPT partition scheme with an EFI partition with 210 MB at the beginning of the disk to make it smoother for Dual boot using CLOVER from your macOS High Sierra disk. During Windows installation using your Windows 10 USB installer, Don't delete the EFI but delete the main HFS+J system partition so that Windows 10 USB installer will create a n NTFS system partition and leave the 210 MB EFI alone
• Shut down and disconnect the macOS System disk's Power and save and reboot with Windows USB installer to complete Windows installation and updates.
• Now shut down and reconnect MacOS System Disk on SATA port- 0 and Windows on SATA port- 1 and in the BIOS make SATA -0 for UEFI macOS High Sierra with CLOVER as first boot device and DISABLE windows 10 UEFI disk from Boot Options Priority list and Save the settings and make sure your Video is PCIE (Nvidia) Enabled (IGFX Disabled) .
• From Clover Boot Manager screen I recommend booting in Verbose mode prepared to take screen photos of any problem screens during boot until you get a perfect system.When asking for help in the Forum, uploading Screen shots along with chosen BIOS and Compressed EFI from the problem disk are very helpful to provide proper troubleshoot steps.

Do you know how to clean out all the bad boot entries I have now? There are like 10 in my bios. Can't find any option in the bios to clean them out.

followed the first 3 steps. Could not install the Nvidea web driver because the one in the link was out of date. I checked the Nvidia site and downloaded and installed the latest drivers.

The system refuses to identify my card.
Under system information I see an Intel HD graphics 400 and a NVIDIA Chip model on the PCIe Bus.
Only 1 out of 3 monitors has a desktop.
