Script:
Motherboard (300/200/x299/x99/Other = n): 200
ASUS Maximus IX Code is 100 series Skylake), not 200 Series (Kaby Lake)
Same mistake with MultiBeast, (Installed 2 audio methods, disables audio completely)
Using a property list editor, edit config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch:
a. Remove Items 8, 7, 6, 5
b. Remove Item 0
Save, restart and reply with new files

Sorry about that....total n00b here.

Did as you said and removed the patched kexts. I tried to run audio_cloverALC and it told me that I have no audio codecs present. Do I need to run multibeast again, now?

No worries, not having my system info in my signature probably didn't help matters.

Installed recommended quick fix, method 2. Still no audio devices recognized. I've attached my system files for review.

Rebuild kext cache/Terminal:

sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Restart
Reply with Terminal output and new IOReg.

NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext is missing dependencies (including anyway; dependencies may be available from elsewhere)

NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext is not working, remove.
Rebuild kext cache
Restart
Reply with new kext cache output and IOReg

Hi,

1. Description of audio problem
   No audio device. Haven't tried in Windows since it's not yet installed.
2. OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics
   10.13.6 / Gigabyte Z370M D3H / F7 / i7 8700K / 1070
3. Procedure/Guide Used
   High Sierra - Multibeast Audio after some unsuccessful tinkering and then a clean install.

All requested files are attached. Thanks in advance. I'm quite new to this...

Download new FakePCIID kexts, install to /L/E/
Restart and reply with new files
