Guide to fix Synaptics on sierra 10.12.x.

Remove AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext from /S/L/E
Remove ApplePS2Contrller.kest from /S/L/E
Install ( Smarttouchpad.kext ) and ( VoodooPS2Controller.kext ) using Kext utility.
Copy ( org.rehabman.voodoo.driver.Daemon.plist ) to /Library/LaunchDaemons

use ( ShowHiddenFile.app ) to see hidden file.
copy ( voodoops2daemon ) in /usr/bin

now Reboot and enjoy.

Thank you, this guide helped me get full touchpad scrolling on my Acer TravelMate P253-M.
 
Hey, I follow all this guide, but my touchpad still not working on my hp pavilion :(

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Also, you need to fill out your profile with hardware details as per FAQ. Please fix your profile before your next reply.

Thanks a lot! My problem was that there was kext inside kext (KextCeption xD) like a ZIP file, so I deleted the kext and reinstall it ! No It works perfectly! Now, my last problem is my HDMI (it doesn't work), Im going to solve it ;)

is there a way to remap some of the keyboard function keys?
