OS X Installer Boot Fail - Error loading kernel cache

If your BIOS provides no method for setting legacy boot as priority, you will not be able to boot legacy.
Because with a legacy Clover setup, both legacy and UEFI remain possibilities.
That makes sense.
To recap what I've tried:
  • Legacy booting: Can't. No option to set it as a priority in my BIOS (post #15)
  • AptioMemoryFix.efi: kernel cache error (post #13)
  • OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi: End RandomSeed then plus signs (post #6 (screenshot) , post #8 (Clover zip))
  • OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi: kernel cache error (post #15)
  • OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi: kernel cache error
Any suggestions what I should try next?

From where did you download macOS?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

Downloaded through the App Store on High Sierra 10.13.6 running on an HP Pavilion 500-223w.

I just remembered this (I probably should have mentioned it sooner). When I downloaded macOS it was just the partial installer so I had to do this to get the full installer:

Might that have something to do with my problems?

I would start over and insure you start with a full installer and creation of the installer as per guide:

How would you recommend I get the full installer since the App Store just gives me the partial one? I searched the forums and everyone seems to recommend doing what I did as described here (run the installer, quit before reboot, and move the install files into the Install macOS High Sierra.app). Is there some other way to get the full installer?

I have recreated the installer several times using 3 different USB drives following the guide each time. :|

I always get the full installer from the Mac App Store.
You might check that the system you're downloading with has all updates prior to downloading the installer.
And that you don't have any copies of the installer laying around.

I ran some macOS updates and it looks like I have the full installer now. I recreated the USB following the guide and got past the End RandomSeed and plus signs!

Now I seem to be stuck on a panic.
Code:
"name" not a kext
"FailedCLUT" not a kext
"FailedImage" not a kext
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff800038776f): Kernel trap at 0x0000000000000000, type 14=page fault, registers:
...

I am using the config_HD4000_1600x900 plist.

My BIOS Settings (that I have from the guide):
  • CSM: Enabled
  • Fast Boot: Disabled
  • SATA Controller Mode: AHCI
  • VT-D: disabled
  • Secure Boot: Disabled

PR files attached.
