Intel UHD 630 Graphics (0x3e918086 i3-8100) Native support with GfxId Injection

Did u install any additional kexts in /s/l/E or /l/E, o like intelgraphicsdvmtfixup.kext, Intelgraphicsfixup.Kext?

Also did u remove the original kexts appleintelkbl* kexts from /s/l/e?

I had to modify the two kext @hallowman mentioned earlier on this post, that’s all you need to do in s/l/e. Do you know how to do that? And no, you don’t remove anything from s/l/e

Yeah, I too modifies those two kexts.. And those r already available in ur clover/kext/other folder..

Or it could be an issue with my mobo.. Some one already mentioned that he was not able to get full gpu on H370 series mobo.. And he got it when he changed the mobo.. :banghead:

Did you use my kext and drivers? config.plist?

GET I3-8100/I3-8350K UHD 630 IGPU WORKING IN HIGH SIERRA
First page on search, read that guide, METHOD3 (BEST), for "some reason" I cannot hyperlink that website here.
After you follow the steps in how to edit those two kexts, please follow step by step, from 1 to 25, add AppleIntelKBLGraphics.kext and AppleIntelKBLGraphicsFramebuffer.kext toto CLOVER/KEXT/OTHER after you edit them, do not delete them from S/L/E. To answer your question, I have not added any KEXTS to S/L, I know is recommended, but I just keep them in OTHER.
With the above said, and using the kext and drivers I have, you should be good to go, use my config.plist, the patches in there are what make graphics work entirely.
Here are the patches, but again, I already have them in my .plist
In clover configurator, under Kernel and Kext Patches; add

Guys pls help. My mobo has only vga, hdmi. I get signal only to vga how can use hdmi? pls help i'm waiting so long to fix this :( pff

Finally I got full gpu... Didn't made any change on kexts inside s/l/e.. Just used RehabMan's fix kext for 3e92 with other kexts. Thanks for your help :headbang::thumbup:

I've made the plist changes from the article but still am having no luck. I also feel like there are 100 different ideas/solutions for UHD 630 graphics in HS and it's hard to tell which ones work.

Does anyone know of a simple, easy to follow guide to make UHD 630 graphics work with 10.13.6?

What kext did you use to get UHD 630 graphics working in 10.13.6 for the I5 8400? I'm in the same situation as scriv, looking for an easy to follow guide to make UHD 630 graphics to work. I have Lilu.kext, IntelGraphicsFixup.kext, FacePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext in L/E. Do I need to add any other Kext to L/E. Do I need to set the ig-platform-id in the Clover plist? My SMBIOS is set to iMac 18,1, but I am "Graphics Intel UIHD Graphics 630 5MB" in my system report.

Attached the list of kexts I have used.

After the fresh installation,

Copy those kexts to your Clover/kext/other folder.

No need to install or modify any kexts in L/E or S/L/E

After following each of your steps now when i boot half way dwn the booting my dell monitor connected via hdmi looses signal and though my cpu seems running i have no display on my screen ..do i have to reinstall mac os or is thier any fix available to boot in and fix the issues i m facing with gpu acceleration else my system would say in graphics : intel uhd graphics 630 8mb before i applied your method....hope for urgent fix
