@P1LGRIM, please guide me to fix one thing at a time.

The first thing is, using UniBeast to boot into the Mac installation screen, I am not able to use any USB keyboard or mouse.
I tried to put USBInjectAll.kext into /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other but it still doesn't work. How should I go about it please?

Thank you very much.
See Post #7.

P1LGRIM: I am able to boot using Unibeast with the USB kexts recommended in Port #7. However, after using Multibeast and selecting HD6xx as the intel iGPU, I am able not able to see my screen (HDMI output) while I think the OS is still running. How should I fix this please? Thank you.

@P1LGRIM: Tried both iMac 18,3 and 18,1, but no luck.

Attach your config.plist
Tried iMac17,1 and MacBookPro14,1 too, but HDMI output is not working, but I am able to remote control the machine.
It is showing the display card name correctly, but I am not sure if it's running with hardware acceleration.

An additional item is that I am not able to get USB working with Multibeast. I installed the XHCI-200-series-injector.kext with the patch in config.plist for 10.13.6, but it didn't work. It worked when boot with USB with the same patch and kext. Attaching my "ls" for /Library/Extensions too.
Thank you @P1LGRIM.

Why would you use a laptop system definition (MacBookPro14,1) on a desktop ?
See if this makes any difference :

No, tried and there is still no HDMI output to the monitor. Same behaviour.
The only other thing that I can think of is the HDMI standard.
Previously HDMI 2.0 was not supported and lead to similar symptoms to those that you describe.
Things are changing in that respect - See https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT206587
If your monitor is set to HDMI 2.0 then try changing it - HDMI 1.4 for example.
Other than that no further ideas.

Thanks for the advice. Several questions here:

1. How do I know if my monitor is set to HDMI 2.0? It is a Samsung S24B300HL bought like 4 years ago. Do you mean that I should change the cable?

2. If I buy a display card like RX 560 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072J422CZ/?tag=tonymacx86com-20), is it possible to support dual monitors output? Or what is another recommendation to get dual monitors output here?

3. Also, if I removed the "HD630" injection, the display actually works but only with 7MB. Is it still related to the HDMI protocol in this case?

Thank you.
