Up and working OC on 10.13.6 on Hasswell-E with this performance path. Credits to @PMheart, @okrasit and @cfszs for finding this.

Also thank you kgb for helping us with iMacPro on x99, after porting my build to this SMBIOS it works flawlesly.

Code:
# performance fix for 10.13.6 (17G65)

# find
C1 E3 08 48 63 D3 89 D0 48 C1 EA 20 B9 99 01 00 00 0F 30 48 FF 05 79 B0 6B 00 48 83 C4 08 5B 5D C3 66 2E 0F 1F 84 00 00 00 00 00
# replace
BB 00 FF 00 00 48 63 D3 89 D0 48 C1 EA 20 B9 99 01 00 00 0F 30 48 FF 05 79 B0 6B 00 48 83 C4 08 5B 5D C3 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90

how can I get Broadwell-E 10.13.6 patch?

now I use this code
C1E30848 63D389D0 48C1EA20 B9990100 000F3048 FF0579B0 6B004883 C4085B5D C3662E0F 1F840000 000000

but don't works performance cpu. (my code not fast)

Is this code also valid for Broadwell-E CPUs? thanks in advanced

Don’t have the hardware to test it, XCPM was working for you on 10.13.5?
it was, then I updated to 13.6 and added new patch and no XCPM.. Shame, had to go back to 13.5 to get XCPM again.
How did you manage to get the new code for Hasswell-E from @PMheart?

@cfszs found it out on insanelymymac forum

Guys, I clearly mentioned that the 10.13.6 xcpm performance patch seems not to apply for my i7-6950X! And I guess it won’t work with any Broadwell-E processor although it is a global xcpm patch, which is not not only Haswell-E specific!

I clearly recommended to stay with 10.13.5 in the meanwhile!

XCPM also works in case of 10.13.6! What does not work is OC! How to check xcpm functionality is clearly outlined in my guide!

Cheers,

KGP

Hello All,
I have an ASUS X99-E Motherboard with an i7-5930K CPU and am attempting to turn this machine into a Hackintosh.
Unfortunately I'm stuck at the first topic - applying the correct BIOS settings. As soon as I try to apply XMP settings for my RAM or set "Sync all Cores" for OC, CPU C3, C6 and Package C State limit BIOS options get greyed out and disabled.
Can I leave C States disabled? Or do I have a crappy Mobo that won't allow OC for a Hackintosh?
Thanks for the reply!
