Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (press F4 at main Clover screen before collecting). Please eliminate 'themes' directory. Provide only EFI/Clover, not the entire EFI folder.
Attach output of (in Terminal):

Compress all files as ZIP. Do not use external links. Attach all files using site attachments only.
Thanks Rehabman. Audio is working again. I had uninstalled codeccommander and booted without caches. Reinstalled AppleHDA and it works well now.
The headphone jack sounds echoey when I plug in my earpiece, however, if I plug a "powered" speaker or if I connect a cable to my HDTV, the sound coming from the headphone jack sounds normal.
Is this also related to codeccommander?
