Boot up error, grey screen; 0xdeadbeef

Hi guys,
It has been a while since I sent an S.O.S. as my Hackintosh has been running very well, since I sought guidance on here to build it back in 2014.

However, I am now experiencing a failed boot. The screen is grey and gives me this 0xdeadbeef error.
These errors have become more and more frequent, and now I am stuck.

Changes I have made:

New RAM
I have recently installed my second stick of RAM in DIMM slot 2; Corsair Vengeance 8 GB 1600
... which is the same as the RAM in slot 1.
I made sure I installed it into the correct DIMM, two spaces from DIMM 1. However, at first I did accidentally put it in the DIMM right next to DIMM 1, which I then realised was actually the DIMM 3 slot and moved it to the correct one

BIOS
I have not changed my BIOS but I recently changed the time in BIOS, increasing the hour by 1. I clicked Close & Save, then tried to complete start-up / boot.

New SSD
I installed a second SSD recently, June 2018.

Oh yeah, when in BIOS I notice my CPU temperature is almost at 50 degrees c.

When I boot I get to the TonyMac icon, but getting into Mac OS fails (see attachment).
However, in order to start this thread, I was able to boot using the -x command in the TonyMac screen, which I understand to be Safe Mode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your computer BIOS detect the full 16GB of RAM installed?

What is the model of the new SSD you installed in your system?

My BIOS (version 10b) does seem to detect the extra RAM, it says:
Total Memory Size: 16384 MB

It also displays this:
Memory Channel A: 10-10-10-27
Memory Channel B: 10-10-10-27

As for my SSDs, they are as follows:
HD1 (2014): Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive
HD2 (2018): Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5 inch Basic SATA Solid State Drive (Correction, actually installed on 29 April 2018)

That's strange.

If you remove the new RAM stick and disconnect the new SSD, can the system boot?

This problem only happens about 1 in 5 times I boot up.

It seems fine in the morning, it most often fails in the evening if the machine has been on all day. Also, where I live the weather is very hot at the moment.

Update: Just got back to the mac. It has been off for 9 hours.

I booted it up no problem, but it crashed within a minute, which is another problem I forgot to mention above.
I booted it up straightaway (2nd time) and it crashed within a minute again.
... the culprit? It was barely a few seconds after opening a file in Excel, caused both these crashes.

Do you think it's RAM, or corrupted programmes perhaps?

does your machine crash a bit using windows? it would be a good test to try out

I've never installed windows on it, only Mac OS.
... I used Uni beast/Multi beast to install Mountain Lion, and from there, straight to Mavericks.

I would like to install the latest Mac OS, but feel I need the machine to stabilise first... unless the OS is the problem?

I also find it hard to see how 'healthy' my CPU, Mobo, Internal graphics card, and PSU are – which I would love to see!
... I don't think programmes like CleanMyMac go this in-depth into hardware analysis. The inbuilt 'System information / About this mac' just shows the spec.
