UniBeast: Install macOS High Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC

I have a problem with the high sierra, can you install version 10.13.2 directly? since I have a 1050ti graph and it is impossible for me to update from 10.13.0.
The latest installer is 10.13.4. It's much better version of High Sierra. High Sierra 10.13.0 is no longer available from the Apple Mac App Store, but, yes, if you want upgrade to 10.13.4, you can update from 10.13.0 using the 10.13.4 Combo Update.

Thanks for the post :)

Hi all. On my first try ever here.

I did the get High Sierra running and am posting with it now but something went off a little bit. I can boot it with the USB. I was supposed to use Multibeast on the USB drive but it is not there any more. My USB now only has a folder named EFI-Backups and the Install macOS High Sierra application. I must have done something wrong.

I downloaded Multibeast to the machine directly but do not see the choices found in the screen shot in the install guide.

Should I start over or can I recover from here?

Thanks very much!

When I erase the disk, the Disk Utility doesn't ask me for the partition map; it only let me choose Mac Os Plus. Then, in the stage when the installer ask me in which disk I want to install, none appears available. What should I do?

In Disk Utilities go to View >Show All Devices, then u can change the GUID partition

Well,
I did a clean install of High Sierra on my hack and was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process.
Flawless! Sleep and wake works and everything looks very stable so far. Thanks again team tonymac!

Hey Guys,

So maybe this is a completely stupid question, but I am just curious as to why nobody ever says(at least that I've come across) anything about installing onto an external ssd hooked up via usb cable on a Mac, and then putting said drive into build? You could do full install then boot, update, then install and configure clover bootloader. This cuts down time it takes to get installed since you no longer have to download if you go the recovery boot route, and could already have say internet kexts installed if you're wifi isn't native, etc. Someone get back to me on this please lol, I'm at a loss as to why this isn't a recommended path and I'm sure this is something people have thought of before.

I only ask because this is how I've been doing it and it is much easier this way lol in my opinion

Rehabman, maybe you know?

I did clean install - legacy option, with 9. (Prevent APFS file system- default to HFS),
but when I restart and run from USB again I can only see External option for installation (at point 12.) and no High Sierra drive to continue installation.
During installation I have no other drive connected.
Any idea why I don't see High Sierra drive?
