Please would you disambiguate:

"13. Download the most recent standalone Clover installer from the download section."

There's NVRAM and non-NVRAM - which? Thanks.
If your motherboard lacks native NVRAM support then you should use Emulated NVRAM version.

I don't think your GT 710 requires the Nvidia drivers. So, use the non-NVRAM version.

I'm on a G3258 Pentium, currently on High Sierra with no issues. However, each time I edit config.plist and put the fake cpu id in and try to boot Mojave installer, I either get it hung at "Randomseed" blah blah, or it just spits out the dummy and reboots

So, I installed from 10.13.5 to 10.14. It is updated actually. Everythings ok except some apps needed to be updated later. Only bothered is HD630 (iGPU) keep showing me errors again again during the boot and taking so long for that. So I disabled it and boot fast now and Ok dual monitors even my 5K resolution. So cool design.

My G3258 which I normally use fake ID 0x0306A0 required fake ID 0x0106E0 to install Mojave. After install 0x0306A0 works fine, but I had kernel panic during the upgrade.

For a few users Inject Nvidia and Nvidia Single seems to work without need for web drivers for GT710, but I've had others insist they need web drivers. Maybe there are slightly different variants?

On the GT610/710, the Nvidia drivers shouldn't have to be used since the GT 710 is a re-marketed GT 610. The only instantaneous where the drivers (probably) need to be used are on the 710/740 that have GRR5 memory. I'd recommend trying it without the Nvidia driver version of Clover first.

Successfully installed Mojave using a created USB stick with this guide.

Sadly, I can't get my graphics (GTX 970) to work. System reverted back to the default MacOS drivers after the update, after which I had to use Nvidia-update.sh (with the -f flag) to reinstall the web drivers.
System now outputs 4K correctly, but with many glitches and lag. Dock and menu bar are opaque rather than transparent. I tried Lilu + NvidiaGraphicsFixup, to no avail.

On a side note: I can't seem to find the High Sierra Installer in the App Store, so I can't downgrade quite yet.

EDIT: Found I could restore to 10.3.5 from my Time Machine backup, using the restore partition. Trying that now, will report back.

EDIT 2: Backup from Time Machine restored just fine, even on hackintosh. Just had to enter icloud password again and was all set.
