How to Update + Current and Past apfs.efi Downloads

I don't already have high sierra installed. I'm on a Mac that is not supported (late 2009 mini). I'm trying to create my install drive for a new build, and I'm following a year-old vanilla guide for hardware that is very much like mine. I am to the part about copying the apfs.efi and I am confused.

I am installing production 10.13.5. I am told the apfs.efi I am to copy is from 10.13.5 beta. In clover configurator I was told to select apfs.efi, but in the current version there isn't such a thing, but there is a ApfsDriverLoader, and I checked that, and it's now in my drivers64UEFI folder.

Do I still need to download apfs.efi and put it in my drivers64UEFI folder? Does this accomplish anything other than making booting less verbose? Is it required?

I am installing on a system that will have an SSD as the boot drive, which I understand will be APFS.

ETA: I extracted apfs.efi from the 10.13.5 installer, patched it, verified that my MD5 is the same as the one real3x posted a couple pages ago, and put it in my drivers64UEFI folder. So, I now have both apfs.efi and ApfsDriverLoader.efi there. Is that correct?

With ApfsDriverLoader.efi, you do not need apfs.efi anymore. That is why the latest Clover replaced apfs with ApfsDriverLoader. Even more awesome, AfpsDriverLoader will give you the equivalent of a patched apfs.efi that does not have those annoying messages.

Greetings,
I updated clover on my pcdesktop to version 4558 and I copied the attached apfs file "macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 (17F77)" in EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI .... Clover works correctly but at clover start up there are some writing, I attach the screens , do I need to worry? Can you tell me what they mean?
For now I still have the High Sierra version 10.13.2 but I will soon update
Thank you

Or read post #94 right on this thread

Does anybody have the patched apfs.efi file without all the verbose text when you turn the computer on for macOS 10.13.6?

What am I suppose to do with this downloaded "ApfsSupportPkg-master" directory?
Where do I put it?
I tried every trick exposed here and ther and still have my Sierra hackintosh rebooting for ever after 30s when I try to install this f***g high-thing! Can't enter the install mode. Is ther a vid on YT somewhere for nOObs?
Thanx

oh I get it: this tut is for people whom already are with High-Sierra and want to update to very last version of HS!
Man, your way of explaining is so confusing!
I thought it was for updating from Sierra to High Sierra.
Try to calm down (!) I loved that one.

Flawless update!

No post work except for installing latest Nvidia driver.
